About Us

About Empower All Training

Empower All was founded by experienced clinicians and educators committed to improving health and wellbeing through professional learning. This training combines clinical expertise with lived experience and well-honed communication skills. We can equip individuals and organisations with improved health awareness, understanding, and confidence; whilst simultaneously demystifying medical myths, tackling stigma, improving inclusivity and peer support, and ultimately facilitating lasting cultural change.

We deliver two distinct core programmes designed to meet the needs of both Workplaces and Healthcare Professionals.

  • Corporate Training – Our Workplace Webinars and Workshops are designed to support businesses and teams in creating more informed, empowered, pro-active, and supportive workplaces. We specialise in Menopausal and Menstrual/Hormonal Health. However, as GPs we are also expert Generalists, so we can deliver education and training on a wide range of Health and Wellbeing topics that can be tailor-made to suit your needs.
  • Clinical Training – We also provide specialist training in Menstrual, Hormonal, and Menopausal Healthcare (including  Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and Contraception) – to Healthcare Professionals. Our training packages can be tailor-made to support the needs of your organisation –either individual clinicians or whole teams – via building knowledge, skills, and confidence; and ultimately improving related patient care. In addition, we offer formal training and support for Healthcare Professionals working towards various formal qualifications in Menopause and Sexual and Reproductive Health

At our core, we have:

  • A shared passion to amplify the patient voice by empowering all to effectively advocate for the health and well-being of themselves and others.
  • A shared mission to facilitate this via improved accessibility to well delivered evidence- based health and well-being information.
