Empower All was founded by experienced clinicians and educators committed to improving health and wellbeing through professional learning. This training combines clinical expertise with lived experience and well-honed communication skills. We can equip individuals and organisations with improved health awareness, understanding, and confidence; whilst simultaneously demystifying medical myths, tackling stigma, improving inclusivity and peer support, and ultimately facilitating lasting cultural change. We deliver two distinct core programmes designed to meet the needs of both Workplaces and Healthcare Professionals.
At our core, we have:
Dignity:
We treat everyone with respect and recognise the inherent worth of all individuals, ensuring that every interaction upholds personal and professional integrity.
Inclusion:
We foster environments where everyone feels welcome, valued, and heard, embracing diversity and celebrating different perspectives and experiences.
Authenticity:
We act with honesty, integrity, and openness, ensuring our actions, words, and training reflect who we truly are.
Quality:
We are committed to delivering the highest standard of training and support, grounded in evidence, best practise, and continuous improvement.
Rebeccah qualified in 2002 from Cardiff School of Medicine and headed straight into General Practise.
Her main focus is on Women’s Health, having successfully set up and run sexual health and contraceptive clinics in all practises in which she has worked. Currently she also leads a weekly Well Woman’s Clinic for her NHS practise and works within the Sexual Health Service in Cardiff and Vale University Health Board.
Along with being the Welsh Medical Advisor and Trustee for the Menstrual Health Project Charity, Rebeccah has completed the CoSRH Advanced Menopause Skills Certificate and is a Registered CoSRH Trainer and CoSRH & British Menopause Society (BMS) Menopause Specialist.
Her aim is to support patients and clinicians to be able to access and offer comprehensive information in all aspects of women’s health and to advocate for the patient voice to be heard in all consultations.
Kate obtained a Pharmacy degree in Cardiff in 2002, before going on to achieve her MBChB medical degree from the University of Birmingham in 2007. She moved back to Wales to complete her GP training and has worked there as a GP since 2012.
Kate has a longstanding interest in Women’s Health and Contraception; and has been developing an interest in Menopause Care since 2020. She is a member of the British Menopause Society (BMS) and now a Registered BMS Menopause Specialist after achieving the BMS Advanced Certificate in the Principles and Practise of Menopause Care (PPMC) in 2024.
Kate has previously worked in specialist Contraception and Menopause Care clinics; and also provided sessions dedicated to Menopausal and Women’s Healthcare within a General Practise setting. She continues to practise as a GP in the Out of Hours Service; and teaches Clinical and Communication Skills to University Medical Students.
Most importantly, Kate recognises the utmost importance of high quality, empathetic, holistic, and individualised patient care. She is also very passionate about empowering everyone to be better able to advocate for their own health and wellbeing needs; and ensuring that all individuals supported through their menstrual health and menopausal journeys.
